Euroreplicadeco S.L. reserves the right to send orders by the most appropriate means of transportation in each moment as they wish. If you wish to receive it by a specific transport agency, please let us know via e-mail, fax or telephone and would gladly deliver your particular case.
The shipping costs are included at each product in the price.
The transport service will include home delivery, unless the commodity by weight or volume, cannot be manipulated by a single person, in which case it means the service ended with the surrender on the ground of the street address of the consignee.
In accordance with the provisions of the current legislation the claim for damage or defect of the goods transported must be done within 24 hours upon receiving the item, unless damage is evident at the time it was received, in which case, the claim must be made at the time the item was received. If you do not inform us within 24 hours upon receiving the item, we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery.
All cost incurred for breach of the client, such as: re-routing of the goods once sent, merchandise not received upon the time agreed by either parties or others; shipment costs will be paid by the customers.
Except items temporarily out of stock and items "Upon request", the articles will be sent immediately and you will have the product in the following deadlines:
Mainland Spain: 7 days
Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 10 days.
Europe: 12 days.
Rest of the World: according to country.
Products out of stock and items "Upon Request", delivery time will be less than 90 days.
Delivery times are listed as a guideline and Euroreplicadeco, S.L. will strive to respect them, but since this is a service offered by third parties, the delay does not mean the cancellation of the order or any compensation. Like the delay resulting from customs or other similar situations.
Returns
Euroreplicadeco, S.L. assumes no liability to the customer on the defects, wear or damage arising due to misuse, violence or wear caused by incorrect operation, breach or unauthorized interference.
All our products are ideal for interior and exterior, but it is recommended not to expose products to extreme temperatures.
We would like to remind you that all of our products are made by hand by skilled artisans. We do not consider cracks, small anomalies in the painting or product a manufacture defect.
We accept the return of the merchandise when the product does not correspond the client´s request, previously notifying Euroreplicadeco, S.L.; merchandise must be returned to our warehouse post paid by our company within the original packages, complete and without use.
The products marketed on the website www.originaldeco.com grant the right of return within three (3) days upon receiving the order, provided that they are in perfect condition and are returned in their original packaging. Past these terms, we cannot accept returns. Please note that not all products be refunded.
The return of any goods will require the agreement of both parties. Euroreplicadeco, S.L. reserves the right to demand compensation (never more than 20%) to offset the potential damage to the goods.
In no case will products be returned that are "Upon Request" or custom manufactured items. And in case you cancel the contract after purchase has been ordered Euroreplicadeco, S.L. reserves the right to refuse release of the refund provided by the customer.
In the case where the product has been opened and the client detected a significant deterioration, breakage or significant error in the preparation of shipping (and only in those cases), Euroreplicadeco, S.L. may authorize by telephone, fax or e-mail of the return shipment post paid by the company and must attach a copy of the document authorization.
It is very important that the product returned or exchanged must be in its original packaging. In case of products where products are damaged due to improper packaging, we do not admit refund.
Upon receiving the product in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, refund will be given, and if necessary a store credit will be issued.
